tip: we recommend the following procedure:
If you want to see all shipping costs and all costs regarding the payment we recommend to put the items in the shopping cart.
In the second step you can choose on the left side in the basket the delivery country and the payment method.
If you have made your choice you can see the complete costs for shipping and for payment in your basket.
The shopping cart will also show you the right tax constellation. For example: if you order from a country outside of the EU the tax will be automatically excluded.

DHL Shipping for big components (like washbasins, toilets)
We ship some ceramic items and small bathroom furnitures with dhl. The items will be packed with a special two-component foam packing machine. We guarantee you that the packed items has a lower loss ratio than if we ship the items with a truck company. The transit time is also shorter than with a truck company.

For this service we charge 10,90 Euro (if your order have not reached the amount of 2000 Euro)

The shipping costs depends on the choosen delivery country and the quantity of the items in the shopping cart.
The shipping costs will be automatically detected if you put the articles in the basket and choose your delivery country.
If you reach the amount of 2000 Euro we will ship for free to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland
Payment methods:
Cash in advance (prepayment by bank transfer) with up to 5 % discount.
Depending on the order volume we give you up to 5 % discount:
from 0 Euro: 1 % discount
from 1000 Euro: 2 % discount
from 2500 Euro: 3 % discount
from 5000 Euro: 4 % discount
from 10.000 Euro: 5 % discount
With the payment method payment in advance, please transfer the full invoice amount to our account first. After payment is received your order will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
